Treat the exact position as central to your search. A port-front outlook, direct pedestrian access to the marina and a more enclosed residential setting create different experiences. Inspect the route from the building to the places you expect to visit regularly.

- Visit in the evening as well as daytime to assess activity around the particular building.
- Confirm private parking, guest access, lift service and the route from garage to apartment.
