Choose what to remember
Essential storage keeps your cookie choice and supports secure sign-in for the team. Optional preference storage remembers saved properties between visits. It stays off unless you allow it. We currently use no analytics or advertising tracking cookies.
You can accept or reject optional storage, save a selection, or change your mind at any time using the button above or “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Rejecting it still lets you search, contact us and use a temporary shortlist while the page stays open.
What browser storage does
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, can also remember information on your device. Local storage does not automatically disappear when the browser closes, so this website applies its own expiry to the items below. Choices apply to this browser and device.
What this website stores
If you reject preference storage, the shortlist stays in page memory. Reloading or closing the page clears it; it is not saved for a later visit.
Secure team access
When a team member signs in to administration, the hosting sign-in service may use necessary authentication and security cookies. These support the requested signed-in session and are not controlled by the optional saved-property setting. Their names and lifetimes are set by that service and can be viewed in the browser’s site-data controls.
Recording your choice
We keep a minimal consent receipt in the website database, recording the choice, notice version and relevant times. It contains no name, email address, IP address or device identifier, and is not used for advertising or tracking your browsing. Receipts expire after 180 days; expired records are removed when consent records are next processed.
We ask again after your saved choice expires. If the purposes or providers covered by optional storage change, the notice and choices will be updated before that storage is used.
Changing or removing storage
Open Cookie preferences to withdraw optional preference consent. This stops saved-property persistence and removes the stored shortlist from this browser. Essential storage used to remember your rejection remains so we can respect it.
You can also delete or block cookies and local storage through your browser’s privacy or site-data settings. Clearing your cookie choice means the website will ask again on a later visit. Blocking all storage may affect remembered choices or team sign-in.
External services and your information
Property photographs may load from external image hosts, which receive the technical information needed to deliver them. Ordinary links to WhatsApp, social media and other websites open those services; their own storage and privacy terms apply when you use them. Optional saved-property consent does not subscribe you to marketing.
