A rustic plot of land in the beautiful area of Istan, offering lovely views of the lake and the surrounding countryside. The plot is currently covered with a variety of trees - almond, carob, olive and pine trees. Although previously classified for building 32 apartments, the land has now been reclassified as "Rustic" meaning no legal building is allowed. The land is quite steep (not suitable for horses) but there is an existing well and an area can be flattened out. Accessed from the main road to Istan from Marbella, this well sized plot is being offered at a very attractive price.
